Classes & Offerings

Nine ways to come home to your body — from the wild freedom of the dance floor to the quiet focus of the studio and the deep stillness of one-on-one work. Every one meets you exactly where you are.

The offerings

Movement is medicine — and the floor is for everyone

No experience is needed and no choreography to learn — only a willingness to arrive as you are. Each practice below is its own little world, with its own rhythm and its own gift. Come for one, or let them weave together over a workshop, series or retreat.

Free-form · all bodies

Ecstatic Dance

Free-form movement with no steps to learn and no one watching. We close our eyes, follow the music, and let the body say what words never could. Guided gently from stillness into wild aliveness and back down to rest, it's a space to sweat, shake, cry, laugh — and dance your way home to yourself.

Sensual · empowering

Feminine Power

A supportive circle for reclaiming soft strength and sensual confidence. We move from the center of the body — hips, heart, breath — to remember our own presence and grace. It's tender, playful and quietly powerful work: a place to shed self-judgment, own your radiance, and feel fully at home in your skin.

Polarity · balance

Masculine & Feminine Flow

We each carry both the dynamic and the receptive within us. This practice dances between them — grounded, directed strength meeting soft, flowing grace — until the two energies move as one. Expect to feel more whole, more balanced, and more free to express every part of who you are.

Slow · restorative

Deep Stretch

A slow, breath-led opening that melts tension from the fascia, hips and spine. We sink into long, supported holds and let gravity do the work, giving the nervous system permission to soften completely. It's a tender practice for landing in the body, releasing what's held, and offering yourself deep, honest rest.

Poise · at any age

Adult Ballet

Grace is available at any age, with any starting point. Gentle barre and center work builds poise, strength and lightness while honoring the body you have today. No tutu, no mirrors of judgment and no prior training required — just the quiet joy of moving with elegance and intention.

Rhythm · play

Jazz

Rhythm, sass and pure play. Big, bright, expressive movement that reconnects you with your inner performer and simply feels like fun. We groove through musical, energizing combinations that build confidence and coordination — and remind you that dancing is, first and always, meant to be a joy.

Expressive · grounded

Modern

Story told through the whole body. Contemporary technique meets raw, honest feeling as we explore weight, breath, contrast and the shapes emotion makes. Rooted and expressive at once, it's a practice in listening to your body's impulses and trusting them enough to let them move you.

Trauma-aware · gentle

Movement for Veterans

A gentle, trauma-aware practice offered with deep respect for what the body has carried. Through slow, supported and always-optional movement, we help the nervous system find steadiness and safety again. There is no pressure and no performance here — only breath, calm, and the quiet reclaiming of ease in the body.

Private · sacred

1:1 Touch Therapy

Private, chakra-informed, deeply attuned bodywork held in a classy, sacred one-on-one space. Working with breath, energy and gentle, respectful touch, we release long-held tension and invite flow back through the body. Each session is shaped entirely around you — a place to be met, softened, and restored.
