The teacher

Meet Becca

Becca is a dancer, aerial artist and movement teacher — a warm, radiant Leo who has spent her life listening to what the body knows. Through years of training across ecstatic dance, ballet, jazz and modern, she kept arriving at the same truth: the body is not a problem to fix, it is a doorway home.

Her work grew out of a deep study of how movement and the natural world heal us together — how rhythm steadies the nervous system, how breath unwinds held grief, and how the desert, the forest and the water meet something ancient in us when we move within them.

The alchemy of movement

Becca is many things at once — facilitator and healer, dancer and performer, and an aerial artist who takes the work into the air. She brings that range to festivals, gatherings and retreats, and to one-on-one touch therapy and movement for veterans, holding space that is both grounded and tender.

Wherever she teaches, the setting matters: sacred spaces of nature — near water, in forests, in the mountains and the open desert — where the connection to Mother Earth is part of the medicine. She meets everyone exactly where they are, from lifelong dancers to those stepping onto the floor for the very first time.

What you'll feel in her room is permission — to be a beginner, to be wild, to be soft, to be fully here. That is the alchemy: ordinary movement turning, quietly, into medicine.
