Dance that heals the
body & soul
and sets you free.
Embodied Alchemy is an invitation back into your body — soulful movement with Becca at festivals, gatherings and retreats. Come exactly as you are.
Movement is medicine — and the floor is for everyone
Embodied Alchemy exists to return you to your body. Through guided and free-form movement we release what's held, soften the nervous system, and remember the simple joy of being alive in a body. When people move together, something ancient settles — grief loosens, courage rises, tenderness comes home. No experience needed, no choreography to learn.
We gather where the world feels most alive — in deserts and forests, at festivals and quiet retreats, close to rivers and open sky. You come exactly as you are, and you leave a little more free.
We move with the elements
The same forces that shape the land move through the body. We dance with all four.
Rooting down through the feet and spine — grounding, steadiness, and the safety of belonging to the ground.
Flow and release — fluid spines and soft joints let emotion move through and wash the nervous system clean.
Breath and lightness — expansive, spinning movement that fills the lungs and lifts the spirit skyward.
Passion and vitality — the warm Leo spark that turns effort into ecstatic aliveness and creative power.
Find your river stone
Each practice is its own little world — its own colour, its own rhythm. Hover or tap a stone to read it.
Come exactly as you are — every body is welcome here
Come for the quiet focus of the studio or the wild freedom of the dance floor — every session meets you exactly where you are. Classes run as workshops, series, and immersive experiences inside festivals, gatherings and retreats.

The instinct to move when we feel is older than language — and modern science is catching up to what the body always knew. Here is a little of what happens when we dance.
Move in wild places and the nervous system exhales.
Rhythmic, expressive movement is one of the body's most direct routes to calm. It tones the vagus nerve and shifts us out of fight-or-flight into rest-and-digest, while learning new movement builds fresh neural pathways — neuroplasticity in real time. Trauma researchers describe how stress is held in the tissues; conscious movement gives it a way out. And because we so often dance together, we're bathed in oxytocin, the chemistry of belonging.

What the floor gives back
A few notes from people who've moved with Becca.
I walked into Becca's circle carrying a hard year, and somewhere in the music I danced my way back to myself. I haven't stopped moving since.
Ecstatic Dance
I'd never once called myself a dancer. Becca made the floor feel safe, and somehow I found a grace I didn't know I had in me.
Adult Ballet
Her 1:1 touch therapy gently undid tension I'd been holding for years. I left the session lighter, softer, and more at home in my own body.

A radiant Leo, sharing her gift
Becca is a movement teacher, dancer, aerial artist and performer — a warm, radiant Leo who shares her gift the way the sun shares light: generously, and with everyone in the room. She has spent her life following one question — how does the body heal? — and the answer keeps returning the same: through movement, and through nature.
Her work grows from years of study across ballet, jazz and modern technique, ecstatic and ritual dance, somatic practice, and the science of the nervous system — woven together with the oldest medicine of all: the forest, the river, the open sky. She has learned how rhythm steadies us, how breath unwinds held grief, and how the earth meets something ancient in us when we move within it.
Whether she's holding an ecstatic-dance circle at a festival, guiding deep stretch on a retreat, supporting veterans through gentle movement, or offering 1:1 touch therapy, the invitation is always the same — soften, move, and let your body lead.
